Nickie Norris

Nickie co-founded New Heritage Capital in 2006, and has been investing private equity in founder-owned, lower middle market businesses for 26 years. She has served on or been an active board observer on 20 private company boards. As COO and CCO, Nickie also plays a leading role in the firm’s internal management, including investor relations, fundraising, operations, finance, compliance, and HR.
